Converting original thoughts into experiences

A fine arts graduate from University of Calicut, specialised in sculpture. I evolved from visual craft into product leadership, and I now solve complex product problems across healthcare, fintech and enterprise systems. I lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development process and mentor designers and developers, guiding them in crafting impactful experiences for products and websites.

My design process begins with a foundational understanding of the client and their needs. I create an environment with my team that fosters a personal connection to the project, allowing us to explore and define ideas naturally, without undue pressure. I use research as an input, not a constraint. I combine user needs, business goals, domain knowledge and experimentation to find solutions that are both intuitive and distinctive.

Owned end-to-end design of two data-driven healthcare and sports-science products used by doctors, specialists, coaches and physiotherapists. Defining product UX, information architecture, interaction design and design system for complex clinical and athlete-performance workflows.

Led end-to-end product design across healthcare, BFSI and enterprise software, collaborating with product, engineering and business stakeholders.

Oncology EMR: Redesigned core workflows for a Mumbai-based oncology centre, simplifying billing, insurance, MRD, financial counselling and clinical administration.

Perfios: Led the redesign of a complex BFSI website spanning 75+ products and 90+ pages, creating a scalable IA and cohesive visual language.
